Rot repair
Due to the moist air we have, areas in the PNW are more prone to develop rot. If not treated right away, rot found on decks, porches, and frames of homes can spread and damage large portions of the house, causing an expensive repair. As shown in the top left picture, rot causes wood to turn into a dark-brown color which will soften over time and become a hazard.
